Jacob Lawlor is Regional Branch Manager for First Team Real Estate's Mission Viejo and San Clemente offices in Southern Orange County. In addition to leading both offices, he trains agents company-wide, recruits, and works one-on-one with agents to help them build stronger and more consistent real estate businesses.
His work with agents includes business planning, pipeline strategy, sales skill development, accountability, market knowledge, listing-side growth, and practical implementation of technology. Jacob works with both experienced agents who want to strengthen or scale an existing business and serious new agents who need structure, training, and hands-on guidance as they get started.
Jacob's career with First Team began as a new agent and has progressed through production, team management, business development, branch management, assistant regional management, Career Director for the New Agent Division, and his current Regional Branch Manager role. Before moving more deeply into leadership, Jacob was a producing agent and earned multiple First Team Hall of Fame recognitions.
